Madden 16 for Xbox one won't connect to ea servers

I made my profile for the sole purpose of complaining.

I'm still using Xbox 360, but I'm having the exact same issues aforementioned.

You don't have a solid network, and/or are unable or to achieve/maintain a consistent connection with every consumer you've targeted/sold your game to. You as a company should have not released it until that was possible.

I understand that you make money off of releasing the same games every year with upgrades. That still shouldn't affect the consumer experience.

I'm able to connect most of the time, but midway each day, the connection drops for hours. Xbox Live, my modem/router combo, and my internet connection are all flawless. With the consistent issues I see here for the Xbox, this is obviously an issue I see on EA's side.

I saw EA Barry's responses and they are all tired. He seriously suggested using an Ethernet cable as opposed to a wireless on. He seriously suggested disconnecting all other devices from the Internet. Wow. I've never heard anything like that in my life as far as trouble shooting goes. That seriously shows how poor EA's Xbox connection is. Your (millions of) consumers should not have to jump through hoops to play your damn game. It should especially not be the case regarding the features you have spent so much time and energy advertising. You're telling me that MUT is amazing but I can't connect to your servers to play it? That is utterly preposterous. Mind-boggling. Ultimately, it is frustrating. I think we could've all waited for the game to be released in 2016, so long as it actually worked. But no. It was much money to get everyone's money as fast as possible. Well congratulations. You've created an addicting game that functions very inconsistently. And it's nobody's fault but your own.
