madden 16 franchise resignings

I am having trouble with contracts with players that are not top stars. Doug Martin is rated a 79 and I offered him a ridiculous contract and he still wants to negotiate it. I attempt to resign another player and the same problem occurred.  player happiness is through the roof and team is undefeated so its not like their are playing for a cruddy team. anyone else having this issue?

    Having same issue man just got off the phone with ea they said it is probably something on their end and look into it to get it fixed they said the more posts on the forum for people with the same problem the sooner it gets fixed. I was able to sign josh Gordon back but that's it
