I cannot play games in ANY mode. Not MUT, not franchise (offline, or cloud), not even exhibitions!
Madden freezes while loading the games & I have to close the application & restart Madden.
By the way, I NEVER select continue. I ALWAYS load franchise mode, directly.
The game is UNPLAYABLE, for me. This is totally unacceptable.
I got robbed by EA (unless they fix it), which they have not.
(UPDATE)
You have got to be kidding me! I told them that I deleted the game & downloaded it, AGAIN, but it STILL won't work.
You know what the response was?
Check this out:
you: Now, let’s address these issues. 1. My PS4 system is up to date. So, forget that option 2. There is no blockage of my IP. Madden 16 freezes in ALL modes, even offline. 3. I turned off he power, completely. I do that EVERYTIME I turn off my PS4. I never put it in sleep mode. 4. Management of my data is not the issue. I deleted the game & all of my files. I downloaded & reinstalled the game. 5. I can now get the game to load, but I STILL cannot play ANY games in ANY mode. Every time I try to start a game, Madden 16 freezes while loading the game & I have to close & re-launch Madden 16. So, I have debunked ALL of the suggestions Prakash gave me. Now, tell me how to fix this, or I am going to file a lawsuit, because the game is not playable AT ALL.
A little later he responds with this:
Karl Hector: Okay. Let us deleting the data installed in your console. To do this please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the console does not have the game Disc in the Disc Drive. Or simply eject the disc off the console.
2. From the PlayStation Function Screen go to Settings -> System Storage Management -> Applications
3. Select the Game Product that needs to be deleted (Madden 16)
4. Press the Options button on the joypad and select Delete to complete the deletion process.
Afterwards. Please restart the console. Then to re-install the game application, Just re-insert the disc into the Disc Drive for it to automatically re-install. or if it's a digital download version locate and download the game from the PlayStation Network.
you: I did that LAST NIGHT!
you: It did not work!
you: Did you not read what I typed earlier?
you: I deleted it & reinstalled it LAST NIGHT!
Eventually, he said it must be the download. I told him that I played the game for a little more than a month & it worked fine. If the download was bad, it would not have worked for a month.
His brilliant idea?
Check this out:
Karl Hector: From what it seems the issue resulted from the game after being downloaded, What we have been advised is for you to download again the game using different internet line, From a friend's would do. Bring you console to another household that has different internet connection and try to redownload the game.
you: Are you kidding me?
you: You guys are RIDICULOUS!
you: The game WORKED JUST FINE FOR A MONTH!
you: IMy connection is just fine.
you: Now, you want me to travel across town to try & download form another house?
you: RIDICULOUS!
Karl Hector: If the downloading from a different internet line is not viable, I would suggest you try using different copy of the game, Use physical disc for example.
you: I am NOT buying another copy of the game! EA already, basically, stole my money, already!
you: The solutions you guys come up with are ridiculous!
you: Please put my on with an IT professional.
you: How can you think that the options are practical?
you: It is ridiculous for you to ask a person to do all of these things!
EA Sports is WORTHLESS! I am going to go & download at my relative's place. But, this sh.... is RIDICULOUS!
If this doesn't work, I am definitely filing a lawsuit, because of all the * they are making me go through.
Hector even had me create a NEW ACCOUNT on my PS4, to test & see if the game would work. Of course, it didn't!
If I file lawsuit, EA has to know that they had it coming. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE corporation!
