madden 16 online ranking issue

Hello, 

I am operating on xbox 360 and my ranking points have suddenly went to 0. I continue to win games, and my ranking points still show 0? Can my points be recovered? I should be close to the top 100.

    I continue to win games and nothing changes. I am at level 32 a reply would be appreciated!

    I started playing Madden 16 on ps4. I won 9 straight games. My ranking was very high. The next day I logged on and my ranking disappeared...i can see my stats but my ranking can't be seen anywhere. It's like I fell out. Also when I view the top 100 I can't see my ranking and when I look at my friends list I see - - - all the way across. Nothing. Can anyone help me with my ranking issue? I only play for ranking so if I can't fix this than hell bent straight back to the store.....☹️...

    I Got the exact same thing and that's the only reason I bought it. If somebody don't reply soon I'll take this game back and never buy another madden again! Straight B.S.

    I'm having the same issue... I lost ranking on my level 33 and until I became 7-3 on my new name I lost rank again? What's the problem here? Is there a robot that stops ranking you if you're good? Do you stop getting ranked for sending messages? What is the deal??? When I was 4-3 yall were fine to rank me!!!
