Madden 16 stuck installing

I installed madden 16 on ps4 and I didn't take to long. But after I played the super bowl 50 thing and got to main menu I said installing in the top left corner. I let it sit for about 2 hours and it went no where. Then Uninstalled the game and let the installing sit overnight and it was close to 50. Is this normal install time or is there something I can do to speed up process?
