Madden 16 super deluxe edition Shell Error

I remember this also happening in Madden 15 upon launch, One of the solutions was to check the previous version of Madden (in this case Madden 15) to see if there are any purchases left on that version. Opening that pack can then resolve the issue with the shell pack appearing in Madden 16.

Other than that it may just be a display bug and when the Deluxe packs appear in the next couple of days this may disappear.

I'll try that and let you know how it works out... But i noticed that the message shows up everytime i turn the game off and then on, later on throughout the day/night. 

Well, i checked and there was nothing there except a Loyalty badge... but i dont know how to transfer that over. but that was the only thing. 

Hmmm well that is a good and bad thing to hear, shows that it not related to the previous game. From your download history through your console do you see any option to re-download the pre-order to ensure that it is registered tot he console correctly, what console are you playing through also?

With the official release of the pre-order pack not being released until the 1st September it may also be wise to wait until the first pack comes through to see if this persists for you.

OK i looked at the download history, and i have it in there, but it shows that it is the Standard edition... why is it saying that when clearly i paid $99.99 for my game... not to mention i see people talking about a promo code that they got from pre-ordering the game.. i didnt know there was one, i checked my inbox on my email and everything, and dont have one.. any idea about that? I am playing on PS3 btw.

ive had this error and spoke with an ea representative as well as chat online with one and neither were able to help me resolve this issue. someone pleeeeasseeee haaaaaalp!
