Madden 16 won't preload on ps4 ?

Madden 16 not preloading on ps4 won't let me download at all ? I ordered the SDE , and I hear people have already preloaded it.. What is going on please help

There might be an issue with the PS4 automatic pre-load. You can try the following:

  • Navigate to your PlayStation Library
  • Select Madden 16
  • Press "Download"

This should resolve the issue. If you won't be able to download the game after this, try calling PlayStation Support for more advanced troubleshooting.

    It's not even in my library is what's worrying me.. It's only in the store with a timer I believe it used to show in my library over a month ago when I ordered it...

      Then it's worth checking that everything is okay with your pre-order on the website.

      Try to to use PlayStation Store website, might be that the download will be working from there. Pre-load may be available at different times depending on your location. Otherwise, as stated above, I would contact PlayStation Support for more details.

        Ya I called playstation they said the store has to update ... Wish I known that cause I don't think it will download by midnight my download speed is not great at all... I had one more question I got the super deluxe edition how do I receive my packs every week? Do the just show up or does a code come to my email?
