When waiting for the game to come out I read about all the new improvements in madden 16. I purchased the game on the day it was released to my surprise the improvements are only on the next generation consoles. I purchased the game for the same price as the one for Xbox one, but get a quarter of the new madden and three quarters of madden 15. As I play it the more frustrated and cheated I feel. I have purchased madden since 2003 and this is the first time I've been outraged due to the false advertising.

How can you charge 60 dollars for the PS3 version when you hardly change anything? Madden 16 is practically the same exact game as Madden 25 except for rosters and passing controls are a little different. COME ON EA. UPDATE THE PS3 VERSION TOO. A LOT OF PEOPLE STILL PLAY ON IT.

None of the new features shown on the EA web site under features are available for the xbox 360. Was told that AFTER buying the game from someone on the EA Help Live Chat. For the 360 it is exactly like Madden 15 with a new roster.

So when looking online it acts like the whole scouting process has been changed, and that there is a combine, etc. It seems to me that the franchise mode is identical to last years version. Is the 360 version just completely different than the xbox one version or is the game just this glitchy??

I purchased Madden 16 for Xbox 360. Madden boasted about everywhere features including catching mechanics and a new style of defensive gameplay. I cannot access these features. Does anyone know how to access these new features on Xbox 360?

It has been over 24 hours since I posted with no response. Chatted with Prasoon on 9/2 and posted question based on his recommendation; therefore it has been closer to 48 hours that EA has been aware of the issue and no response. Not even a "We are looking into it."

This game is completely worthless! I play cfm to try to develop my team and improve my younger players. Without the drive goals xp it is impossible to make your roster better. They should have just left the practice option from 2014 alone.

I agree with all of the above. I feel robbed.
Some Game Prep options, particularly those to develop XP, were removed on all versions... but it's no big deal on the Next Gen consoles. But on the 360, we're totally screwed - no way you should have an MVP and record-setting QB get 5000 XP in a season when he would get 200,000 XP or whatever on Madden 15. It takes 20,000+ XP to move up from average development to good... so it would take 4+ seasons just to upgrade that one trait, winning the MVP each year.
Put that XP Game Prep functionality, at a minimum, back in via a patch. There's no reason to screw your 360 customers like this, particularly when there was no warning whatsoever on any of the EA websites that "oh, but if you have a 360, you will get none of these new features."

The Madden 16 Scouting is completely different on the X-Box One then it is on the 360. On the one it now displays scouting combine scores, unique to each position. As well as a weekly amount of scouting points.

Like they thought, “let’s make Madden 25 again on the PS3 and hope no one notices.” Like what the hell.
