Madden 16 Xbox 360

This is a question about madden 16 xbox 360 why have the game developers Messed up the interceptions by always making the interceptor run the wrong way when first intercepting the ball, forcing us as players to redirect the player giving us a bad chance for a pick six. Just wondering seems kinda odd.
