Fixed issues


Unable to download roster update or tuning data:
We are aware that some players were unable to play online because they couldn't download the roster update or tuning data. 

We have fixed this issue and you should be able to download the updates without any problems. If you still get an error, try restarting your console. ​

    Stuck on the main screen all it says is loading the roster

      Whenever I start up Madden 16 and it says "press any button" I do that and then it loads my profile. However, it gets to loading roster-official and it does that continuously and the game never starts. I bought it brand new and literally just downloaded the new rosters and then had to go.. Came home and had this probable since. Haven't even played a game yet

    I've reset my Xbox one so many times and uninstalled the game and my profile. Nothing worked. PLEASE HELP.....

    I've tried everything and my game still gets stuck on loading roster official! Can this get fixed or will this be the most ecpensice coaster I have ever bought?

      Hi everyone,

      If you are still experiencing this issue, can you try the below? 

      • Go to Manage Game and select your name from the right
      • Hit delete everywhere

      We have had a few other users so far that confirmed that this resolved the issue for them.

    This issue is not fixed....I just completed a reinstall. ...still stuck on the Loading Roster-Official. PLEASE DON'T TURN OFF YOUR SYATEM. This is redic.

    Are you sure you fixed the problem? I've tried everything. I'm ready to go return not only the game but my entire Xbox one as I bought them as a bundle. The only game I have for it and I can't get past the loading screen. Fix the roster-official problem please or I'll have to return before my thirty days are up and cannot be refunded.
