i tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game and it wont get passed the loading official roster screen. starting to get really pissed.

I've uninstalled the game twice now. Still can't get past (btw the worst madden loading screen ever) ... It keeps getting stuck on loading roster. Are you guys going to fix this, or can I just get my money back?
