Madden 16 xbox one I have to play PITT vs ARZ superowl every time I play

About 2 weeks ago every time I started playing madden it makes me agree to license and play Super Bowl. I opened numerous cases and tried everything suggested but nothing worked. I was finally told ...

Out of nowhere I can't retrieve my Madden Ultimate Team it has me start the game all over by signing or agreeing to the licensing agreement and then I have to play Super Bowl 50 again and when I get to Ultimate Team and it says EA servers are down which they are not
