BharatPSN Plus is needed to access any online game feature on PS 4 console.

BharatFor PSN console the PS 4 is required to access online features, however the early franchise mode are offline games, so you should not get this prompt when you try to access this mode

Did this ever get fixed for you? I have the same problem when I got to week 9 in offline mode.
I am having the same exact issue. I contacted EA about it and they basically said that apparently the game allowed me to start an online franchise even though I don't have a playstation plus account and I was pretty positive that I clicked to play an offline franchise. According to the guy that I talked to that means that my franchise is basically gone. I proceeded to tell the guy that they have an issue that seems to be happening more frequently and he told me that I was the only one that he knew of to which I forwarded him this forum. So yeah it hasn't been resolved and apparently wont be.
- This whole issue is so * stupid. You'd think EA would do something about it to fix the game but apparently not. I was having fun and then everytime I turn it on, you need a PSP account. No thank you. I've played offline the whole 9 weeks before and I don't understand why it's different. Dare I say I know why people prefer xbox to the PS
