Madden 17 freezing at loading screen

Game is freezing at loading screen before every match. Only way it won't freeze is if I'm not connected to the Internet. How can I fix this?

Which platform are you on, PS3/PS4/XB1 ?

Which country are you in?

Who is your ISP?

What is your router make and model?

Have you power cycled your router and opened the ports?

Those are childish questions. My offline created connected franchise does the same thing. Even have a crappy video. Xboxone.

I'm having the same issue with my ps4. I just bought this game 2 days ago and it was working just fine and I then apply the updates and the game freezes at the loading screen everytime rather I play online or offline. I have a Belkin N600 router.
