Madden 17 missing packs
Bought the deluxe Madden 17. The code did not give me my packs and I can't reach EA for any help. I want my $80 back

Did you purchase from Best Buy? I purchased from Best Buy and apparently anyone who purchased Deluxe or Super Deluxe was given a bonus code for standard that does not allow the EA Server to recognize that it owes you bonus content. I have been trying to get this resolved and have opened multiple cases with EA Sports who does not take any responsibility for this issue. Apparently Amazon customers are missing bonus content as well. Time foe EA Sports to work with PSN and resellers a to fix this.
