Madden 17 on xbox one s (EA account issue)

Ok.  Seems that using the ea help 'contact me' function does not work for me.  I have tried chat with me 'hold time under 5 minutes'...no one shows up and I quit after waiting for 45 minutes to an ...

I'm having the same issue right now. When I start up Madden 17 it tells me to sign into an account. The problem is the email address that comes up is my dad which has never played a video game in his life or even know what EA games is. There is no way to change the username while on Xbox one playing the actual game. I've created an account for myself but now the actual game doesn't allow me to change the username it only shows my dads email address and I have no idea how they even got his email.

    I'm having the same issue showing a completely different email than what your *ty origin website shows. I have deleted the email on the computer with your link entered it 100 times. Still doesn't change *. Every time I log on to madden it shows the wrong email not the same one on the organ website which is my correct one.
