Madden 17 PS4? Redskins at Rams
Wth can't I change teams on Madden 17 PS4? It stays on Redskins at Rams and will not offer toggling between different teams.

It's because they are the default teams: until your game is fully downloaded, those are the only teams you will be able to play as. However, if your game is fully downloaded, and you have all the features such as draft champions connected franchise, etc. Then there is most likely a serious glitch going on.
