Just bought the game a week ago, installed update 1.11 and players lost their likeness for example Odell Beckham Jr different face and no tattoos...Not sure if it's the update itself or a bad disk �...

This is by design AFAIk. The team has moved onto Madden 21 and 22, this will not be changed.
