Madden 17 Super Bowl blue screen (PS4)

So I'm having this problem in my connected franchise where I can play every game in the season except for the Super Bowl. Whenever we make it to the Super Bowl the game boots me to the blue screen and then to the home screen. I've had to simulate to the offseason. Please help.

    I get that same error as well, in all points of the season.

    I don't have access to the error code as my report has been removed from the site.

    If you can pull my report back up, you will see the code in it.

    barry had posted somewhere else a possible solution. it is a strange one, but so far (only played once since trying fix) it hs seemed to work.
    change your security settings to kiddie and then back to adult. i know, what has that got to do with anything, but so far so good for me
