Madden 17 Xbox One Stuck On Loading Roster

- No this did not help. I have reinstalled the game as well. I called EA 3 times and they have done nothing. Please help for I saved up 60 dollars of my own money to buy this game. Thank you

Try this step, and see if it helps to resolve your issue:
Navigate to Settings>All Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC Address>Clear. The next screen will prompt you to restart the console by pressing "A", but don't do this - on that screen, instead, walk up to your console, hold the power button down until your XBOX One does a hard shutdown, then unplug the power cable from the back. With the power cable unplugged, press the power button 5 or 6 times to expel any excess power stored in the device, then plug it back in, boot up your XBOX One, and load into Madden 17.
- HaVnt even been able to play the stupid game won't load!!! Only on my gamer tag my buddies will work , makes no sense
