@bkplaypin If you are able to connect with your friend's XBOX Gamertag but not yours, it could be a syncing issue with your Gamertag profile.
Follow steps here to remove your account from your XBOX One: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/security/remove-profile-from-console
This will not impact any game saves, files, or online progress for any of your titles.
Once your account is removed, simply sign right back in to download your Gamertag profile back to your XBOX One.

same here, I chatted with two EA reps today. both told me there's basically nothing I can do to help resolve this issue. Fantastic Customer service

Unfortunately, sometimes technical issue can occur that result in loss of user data/progress. This seems to be the situation in your case and it is not likely your saved data is recoverable.
Please continue with case #29678403 until it has been brought to a conclusion. Apologies for this inconvenience.

I did everything the rep told me to do. I even erased my cloud to get rid of the "corrupt data" and I still can't get on.
This is awful. Every other game I have works besides Madden, all the hours, the money, and work I put in for my team is now gone because you guys can't help me. You don't have a valid reason for what has happened, or any significant help. Nothing has helped, you guys have only made this worse.
