On offline career mode, weekly training is giving me less than I should be getting.

Yes, this is broken.
I take it you are using a superstar development player and have the coach training for that player.
Until EA fixes this:
Without coach training for the players position, lower slider to 266.
With coach training for the players position, lower slider to 222.
