Madden NFL 15 services have been shut down, but 18 should still be up as far as I'm aware.
Can you all let me know what Gamertag/PSN ID and console you're playing on?
@EA_Blueberry I'm on PS4 and my gamertag is mhal456. I faced the same problem this morning. I tried restarting my PS4 and deleting and reinstalling madden 18. None of my connected franchises would load. Really hope this can be fixed.
