@EA_BlueberryThanks for getting back to us. Merry Christmas to you. Obviously Madden 21 will be EA's priority, but I certainly hope that time can be spared to address this Madden 18 issue.
Many of us can't reasonably budget to get a new Madden title every year, and look to maximize the value that we can get out of the Madden game we purchased. So, we'd appreciate any help that we can get on getting a little bit more out of the game we have.
With it being right around Christmas, I hope all of you get a chance to spend some valuable time with family. (Whatever that looks like for you in a COVID-19 world)
I can confirm I am also having this issue on Xbox one as well. Hopefully they can get this fixed quickly. A week is a little excessive for a small software glitch.
