I would reccomend everyone bombard their twitter account with Direct Messages. Thats how i received the original response and i did that again yesterday. Its. @eahelp
I’m telling ya...this happened with Madden 17 last year and went on for like 3 months in the thread and never got fixed. We are toast.
What’s even more ridiculous is you can start a new franchise, but zero access to the legacy franchise users spent time building. @EA_Blueberry where’d you go? Too busy chasing down all the bugginess in the newer versions than to deal with this?
I’m pretty patient but it’s really starting to aggravate me. In light of what happened with madden 17 I’m starting to think this kind of stuff is done on purpose to force you to buy the new game
