Madden 18 All Progress Lost

Hey, used to grind franchise mode for active player on the Madden 18 game. Last time I loaded the game it said that the xbox couldn't connect to the cloud and servers (normally always does) but then took me to the start of the game where you select your level of difficulty and favorite team. Anyway to get back my data? Thanks
