Madden 18 Auction House Restrictions

I've read that people that do wager matches and such are having issues with this, can anyone just explain to me or answer this question. When you get restricted are you "banned" for the rest of madden 18 or how does it all work? I've given my case and everything, haven't heard from them since. So I figured I would come to the forums/answers HQ for a response. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
