Madden 18 EA Access Vault

This link takes us to a tweet saying that Madden 18 was coming soon to the EA Access Vault. Many people on the comments have stated that it did in fact come out. However, I have checked for a long time and it is not out on EA Access Vault. Did it get taken down, did it never come out, or is there a problem with my Xbox?
No problem with your console, it just has not been made available via EA Access just yet.
