Same thing occurs when I attempt to play Squads with my local friends (who have high high-speed ISP provider as well). Called EA 4 different times, sent their technicians some reports (meaning I had to download a program). 3 of the 4 EA representatives were incredibly hostile and hard to understand, proceeded to blame the ISP and told me to "open/forward TCP & UCP ports"... after Spectrum (ISP) walked me through that process, huge waste of tim. The EA Support is nothing more than a headache and huge waste of time, absolute lousy service. But lucky me: they gave me two gold packs for compensation of the 100's of contracts and countless wasted hours attempting to play their game (pre-ordered the GOAT edition) online with my friends.. shouldn't be so painful
