Thank you so much for such a quick response. Im hoping that others read this as my main problem was I couldn't contact anyone from EA as all the links and sites wouldn't work. I however was using my iphone and Ipad. Once I switched to a computer all the contact options were right there and easy. I set up a phone call and was called immediatly and my problem was (I hope) fixed within minutes. SO DON"T USE A CELL OR TABLET!! When I get home I will check for the twitch prime items but all should be good to go. Thank you again!!!
