Madden 18 Early Access

I was under the impression that if I had preordered Madden 18, and had EA access, I would get to continue to play the game even after my 10 hour trial was over.

    This was not told to me by Gamestop. That should be fixed by EA. Also, It truly sucks that I cannot talk to a human being on the phone about this issue. I wait for Madden every august. Now I am told that I preordered a game and gave you  close to $70 to have to wait three more days? That is disappointing.

    I would have purchased that very format had I known. Is there anything that can be done to help out someone who has played madden for over 10 years and did not know because Gamestop did not inform?

    I don't remember that being said in xbox store? That's discrimination to those only could afford standard. I would have never pre-order the dumb game. Don't like how you can change long shot name. And $54 dollars from wasn't enough you try to gauge us with inapp purchase. I highly doubt I'll buy madden 19. May even let my access membership expire

    Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do about what your retailer said to you. If your retailer gave you incorrect information I would advise that you get back in touch with them regarding it.
