Madden 18 GONE

When trying to load Madden 18, I was instructed to insert the disc or log in with the account that owns it. I have the disc but since my Xbox One S stopped reading discs I have been paying for EA Access for 2 years so that I can play this game. Now, when trying to install from the Vault, it says "download failed" and instructs me to purchase it from the Microsoft Store.  Since I have a lot of time and money invested in this game, I decided I would just pay the price AGAIN to get access back to the game. However, it is unavailable to purchase from the Store.  I have been on the phone twice with agents, the first gave basic troubleshooting steps.  The second was rude, refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor or another agent, raising his voice to talk over me, and refused to help me further once I spoke over him. 

The email associated with my account is inaccessible, I filled out the form to verify myself and request help, was told I would receive correspondence withing 24 hours and that was 4 days ago.  What do I do to get the game that I have invested so much time and money in, to work?
