7 years agoI am on PC and yes I got it from a third party but, how does all of that work my friend? I am new to this. I didn't think that I would have to go through all of this when i bought the game. Honestly I feel like there should be a link for the patch to fix the issues of a game I purchased. So, your.saying that, I can go on Origin with a third party game and it will allow me to download the patch without having to pay more money monthly for a game that I already paid for correct? That's madness my friend. If you guys have access to the patch then, why don't you let people download it??? ItsI not like your giving me the game free, I already own it. Wow

@INHOUSEMUSIC16 He was explaining that EA games run through the Origin client and receive updates through the same client. So if you purchased from a legitimate 3rd party you should have been provided with a product key that had to be redeemed through Origin. If you did so then you will able to get all game updates through Origin. If you are somehow running the game without Origin then it sounds like you might have paid for a pirate copy, in which case it will not be supported by EA.
