Madden 19 Franchise Mode Crashing

I have also been having this issue.
For some reason this bug occurs whenever I play in games on franchise mode. If I only simulate it works completely fine, but as soon as I enter a game it will crash back to desktop, & I will no longer be able to use the franchise file again.
There is already a thread on this. The game is completely broken. Crashes everywhere and no acknowledgement from EA
EA can you please fix this glitch!!!!!???? Very frustrating trying to play offline franchise and I am in my 3rd season. By Midway thru my last season I had to sim it just to finish.
