Madden 19 in game crashes
The game starts up and the menus operate fine. Once I get halfway or 3/4 of the way through a game the controls will cut out and the audio blares a loud banging then kicks me back to the dashboard. I'm on Xbox

Yeah I just requested my money back, I don't have time for this *.
This is kind of what is happening to me so basically madden 19 will show me a loading screen freeze then bring me back to dashboard and then it started doing it with almost all of my games I did all the troubleshooting things I contacted Xbox support and did a factory default All of my games work besides madden 19 now EA is causing my Xbox to glitch out they better get to the bottom of this
- Same here. Making all my games crash since I downloaded madden.
- I have the same issues with my HoF edition. Crashes, frezzing, uninstall, reinstall, clear local saved games, cloud...no matter what this game just won't work. EA released a broken product and could care less. The fact is was released this poorly programed and with no patch as 9f yet is proof they don't care about their customer base.
I spoke with EA on a hand full of occasions with the same issue (not being able to get through a exhibition game, solo challenge, or career game with out it crashing and shutting down after a minute). They gave me multiple troubleshooting techniques to fix my problem which never worked. My biggest concern above all was if EA was aware of this issue and were working on a patch/fix. The last time I spoke with EA the representative was very real with me and said that they were aware of the issue and players "around the globe" have the same issue. They also said there is no troubleshooting technique that is going to fix this (no hard resets, no uninstalling and re-installing, no deleting cloud saves and local saves, no deleting mac address). I ask what the time table was on a fix for this problem and i didn't get a definitive answer. I love Madden and I have no desire to ask for a refund however, I hope we are all properly compensated for this long inconvenience in the form of in-game content.
