Madden 19 Lag and loading issues

Since October I have been experiencing an intermittent lag when playing Madden 19. I can tell when i start the game up if its going to be an issue as the Antonio Brown loading screen will cycle through multiple times. In fact, i have had it happen so much i can tell you that if the game does not load in the the main menu prior to him completing his flip, you will have major issues. 

After it does load to the main screen it take time to load the content of every menu and load visuals. When you try to join an online game of ANY mode there will be a black loading screen with a football in the bottom right that will also continue to load for an extended period of time before finally cycling through the pre game screen tips. 

THIS PROBLEM DID NOT PERSIST PRIOR TO OCTOBERS UPDATES!

When in the game, there is a noticeable lag both in the pause and in game action. 

Before i get the onslaught of BS EA responses let me first tell you...

I have tried on two different Xbox One X's.

I have tried on two different routers, wifi and hard wired.

I have a digital and hard copy of the game (already invested way too much time and money in this company)

Madden 19 is the ONLY title that this problem persists.on. 

I have also done the UO trace to only be told to forward my ports. 

I do networking, i know enough to get myself in trouble. Did it myself, no results. 

Called my ISP, they've done it MULTIPLE times. They even came to check the hardware.  

I know its not my hardware (consoles, modem and routers)

I know its not my ISP..

Rather than have some cocky yet arrogant customer service rep that doesn't get paid enough to half haphazardly give it the old college try to fix my issue, have a product engineer or a network specialist come up with a resolution and contact me asap.

I'm taking all advice at this time. Even though i should have given up a long time ago.. 

Oh yeah, i factory reset both xbox's, uninstalled and re installed M19, twice. 

I'll expect a response.
