Madden 19 MUT Player Dissapearance

I was playing MUT and I noticed after I changed my lineup I lost a 96 overall Terrell Owen's Ultimate Legends card.  It just dissapeared out of existence out of the blue.  Annoyed by this and having ...

    It's unfortunate to hear about what happened and we know some items can take a lot of effort to acquire over time, however our Live-Support staff is not able to guarantee item restorations. We advise using extreme caution when selling or deleting items from your item binder.

If you had played the game you would know that you simply can't delete a player. It only can get sold for coins or gotten rid of for training points. That way no card can have 0 value. Why would they bother making an extra feature to get rid of a card by deleting it. It makes no sense.

My 97 Carson wenz didn't disappear but it did drop from a 90 plus to like a 70.  Idk how this even happens.

    @Robertsavala 

    That specific item had a description on the back explaining how the rating would be reverted after a certain date. There were a handful of items like that including a discussion here.
