Madden 19 (PC) - endless loading screen

When I try to launch Madden 19 (PC), the loading screen appears and stays there forever. Have to Alt-tab to quit the game.

All requirements are easily matched!

Does anyone have a solution for that?

I was having the same problem only mine was that it was stuck at the "Welcome Back" page. An EA support tech called me and asked me to load the game with my Xbox 360 controller disconnected, and IT WORKED! Once the game loads, you can connect the controller and the game recognizes it. I bet many people are not being able to load because of this issue, so EA should release something explaining this. And release a patch to fix that bug. Good luck.

I'm having this problem and ive called EA support 3 times and there is still no resolution to this problem with their different ideas. I am stuck on the loading screen continuously. How does this get fixed? So frustrated..

When my opponent and i ready up to play and begin to load a game it gives us a black screen with the football and says loading on the right bottom corner. What’s the deal?

Just bought the game and I’m having this same issue where it’s on the title screen and no option to start
