I cannot get this game to recognise my dual shock 4 or my steam controller. I have ran it through Origin and tried big picture mode with configured controls. It gets stuck on the controller/profile select screen and just loops back to it every time I select a profile.

I have had a quick fix. I have a saitek 2600. To get it to partially work I had to disconnect all other controllers (wheel, stick, MFD's and keyboard) start the game and can then plug them back in - however as it's not an XBOX controller (or a playstationh controller with the wrapper) all the controls are pretty random. Up is down etc etc.
My new solution is simple. I have uninstalled Madden 2019 and got a refund and a lesson in life never to buy an CRAP from EA ever again. Seriously!!!! xbox controller support only. What utter *.
