Let's see what's causing this to happen. Can you upload a DxDiag for us so we can look at your system specs? I attached some PC troubleshooting steps below too if you wanted to give those a quick look. Most common issues are the drivers for the GPU being out of date and Windows updates could be pending to be installed. Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates.
