First question, what are your specs?
Minimum requirement:
- OS - Win 7/8.1/10
- CPU - Intel Core i3-4350, FX-4330, or equivalent
- RAM - 8GB
- HDD Free Space – 48.5 GB
- GPU - NVIDIA Geforce GTX 660, AMD Radeon RX 460
Recommended requirement:

Second question, what happens when you try to launch it? If it is refusing to launch, one thing I would recommend is adding origin to your firewall expection list and virus exception list. Also, turning off any virus software you have running to test if that is what is causing it not to launch is another idea, as I have had games refuse to launch with mine running sometimes.

tried all of that with no luck
I kept getting black screen on game launch have tried everything to no avail. I finally tried running the game in compatibility mode for Server 2008 service pack 1 and it tells me it's incompatible, I saved the setting anyway and the game loads ever time and plays fine.
