madden 19 pc

i can not play this game it freezes when i see brown

    What are your specs? See below to see if your pc meets the requirements: 

    Minimum requirement:

    • OS - Win 7/8.1/10
    • CPU - Intel Core i3-4350, FX-4330, or equivalent
    • RAM - 8GB
    • HDD Free Space – 48.5 GB
    • GPU - NVIDIA Geforce GTX 660, AMD Radeon RX 460

    Recommended requirement:

    • OS - Win 7/8.1/10
    • CPU - Intel Core i3-4350, FX-4330, or equivalent
    • RAM - 8GB
    • HDD Free Space - 48.5 GB
    • GPU - NVIDIA Geforce GTX 670, AMD Radeon R9 270x

    Without knowing the answer to Can You Run It, all I can suggest at this point is to right click Origin and select run as administrator. Also, Briefly turn off your virus program and firewall to see if it is causing interference (and remember to turn it back on) and then add origin and the game to your exception lists.
