Community ManagerSeeing a black screen when starting the game is often due to your machine being borderline below the minimum requirements.
Does your machine meet these?
MINIMUM SPECS:
OS: Windows 7/8.1/10
GPU: GTX660 or equivalent passmark
CPU: i3-4350 or equivalent passmark
Memory: 8GB of RAM
HDD Space: 40GB
Well if I can't run your game developed for old ps4 and Xbox one specs on a computer with:
32GB of RAM
i7-6800K
And a GTX1060 6GB Graphics card, I would like say you haven't either ported the game right, or the engine isn't just running smoothly.
Something is off. Found out that it runs something near normal if I run the game in windowed mode. Otherwise I can't tap out of the game, change some settings or even just start the game sometimes without getting black screen or the game freezes..
