Madden 19 Pre-load error

I got a hold of someone at EA about this. They said that it is a known issue and they are working to fix it. I preordered the HoF edition with access premier too. Im definitely canceling my preorder if this isn't resolved by tuesday evening.

I cancelled the hall of fame edition and it downloaded.

Apparently they said the order did not go through. I definitely had money in my current and savings account for such a purchase.

My tips for you guys are this

Buy the premier access and then buy the standard game... next month cancel the premier access and you actually saved a bit of money because of the slight discount awarded through the subscription.

        Yeah I have been able to download and play.

        But now this new update has come out all the sudden and it's been on 0% for verifying game cache files
