Madden 19 store promotions

I’m not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but for some reason the recent super promotions have not been available for me. It well say 1 limit or 4 limit and then 0 available???? Having a hard time understanding why there’s 0 available and I haven’t purchased anything. I’ve had this happen every time a promotion changes. Like currently it will allow me to do the 500 super bowl rings, but not the 92 Ovr legend pack. This sucks 😩
