I have a work around as well. I have to do it each time I play the game. First, you need to have another Xbox account that you haven’t played Madden 19 with.
1. Launch the game with this new account.
2. At the create new EA account/ EA login screen, press the “B” button.
3. Press “A” for “okay”.4. Press the Xbox button on your controller.
5. Switch Xbox accounts back to the account that you use to play Madden 19 with.
6. Press the small button with two overlapping rectangles on your controller to switch your EA profile to the profile that you normally use to play Madden19.
This works for me and iis not that big of a hassle to do when I launch the game.- 3 years ago
Thanks ! We will give that a try 🙂

I do the work around shown in the video. Before launching the game, go to Settings ==> Network ==> Go Offline. Once you're offline, boot the game up, which will take only 20 seconds and click okay for all the prompts about needing to be online. Once you're at the welcome screen, go back to Settings ==> Network ==> Go online. Finally, go back to the game and you should be able to get on Ultimate Team. After a few times, you'll be able to boot the game up in almost the same time as before.
