Just got off the phone with EA. They told me to take the game back and get a replacement 🙄 Like that’s gonna do anything. I was also told if that doesnt work, to take my brand new xbox back and get a replacement. I’m getting a little bit frustrated. The only reason why I upgraded from a 360 today was to get the new madden. I really have no interest in playing any other game until 2K comes out. Figure this * out EA. I’ve never had a problem w a madden game until now.
Pretty sure this thread is in regards to Madden 19 on PC there chief.

I have the same problem. I've recently bought the madden and I cant´t even play with it.
It start but in a half a second it close itself without any reason.
I´ve tried this sequence:
Step 1: Open a run dialog with the windows key + R.
Step 2: Type %temp% in the search box and hit OK.This will open a new window in front of you.
Step 3: In the toolbar hit view, then to the far right hit options. Go the view tab and ensure hidden files and folders is checked.
Step 4: You'll see a folder called Madden NFL 19 in the temp files now, just delete this folder.
Step 5: Profit (Hopefully).
But It still appears the error. It´s the first time that I see this.
Could you help me? I have the DxDiag if it´s neccesary...
