Madden 20 - Connection to peer has been lost

Community AdminWhich game mode are you getting booted from? A loss indicates your connection broke off from the servers first from that match.

Im hard wired i get messages that say the cable is disconnected when its half way across the room I did the uo trace and the rep explained there are 2 closed ports that need to be open .i called comcast they opened the ports.... now im still having the same issue like he said i love the game alot but this is crazy i have given out so manny free wins ....YOU ALL SHOULD Value the FEW customers you have left and fix this issue

Haven’t read a better comment in this thread until this one. Their customers are dropping like flies and it’s time THEY figure out what THEY have done. The EA replied keep repeating themselves and keeps getting the same responses about how his/her suggestions ARENT WORKING. figure this out EA/PS4
