What have you tried so far? We don't want to repeat troubleshooting steps if we don't need to. Also, did you happen to try another gamertag to see if that works? That would help narrow down what could be causing this. Thanks!
Hey, thanks for responding. I have changed my NAT to open from strict, power cycled a million times, deleted my gamertag from my xbox and putting it back on, cleared my alternate MAC address, changed my DNS, and re verified my ea account on my phone.
