Madden 20 - won’t let me play online

Every time i get on madden 20 i get a notification which says Attention you must be signed in to xbox live and the ea servers in order to access the online features of this title. I have tried absolu...

Hi there, @eberndt22.

What have you tried so far? We don't want to repeat troubleshooting steps if we don't need to. Also, did you happen to try another gamertag to see if that works? That would help narrow down what could be causing this. Thanks!

@EA_Aljo I’m also having the same problem with other ea games, such as nba live. And, whenever I go on to the ea access app it just freezes at the loading screen and doesn’t let me in.

        I have been having the same problem i just played madden the other day than all of a sudden i tried to play again the next day and it said my account was invalid.
